Pool Closings

Please Note:

 Pool closings do NOT include cleaning the pool prior to closing services.

Owner's Responsibility

Prior to our arrival for closing, the pool must be vacuumed and free from debris.  Pool water should be clear and chemically balanced prior to closing.  Aquatic Pro Pool Service does NOT assume any responsibility for damage to the pool interior due to water conditions at the time of closing.

Ensure that your pool is properly closed for the winter by setting a date with Aquatic Pro Pool Service.  Choose the option below that best fits your busy lifestyle.

Full Pool Closing - $375​

Includes:

  • Pumping water down to winterizing level

  • Blowing/draining all water from pool lines and equipment

  • Plugging of skimmer and return lines (using plugs provided by owner)

  • Removal of pump and filter plugs, gauges, ladders, diving board, and securing of underwater light

  • Securing of winter cover

Partial Pool Closing - $325

Prior to our arrival, pool owner MUST:

  • Lower pool water level to 1" below the lowest return line

  • Fill all necessary water tubes and place them in position around poolside, or turn up all anchors that will be required to secure safety cover 

  • If upon Aquatic Pro Pool Service arrival for closing appointment the owner has not achieved this, FULL CLOSING fee will be applied

 

Includes:

  • Blowing/draining all water from pool lines and equipment

  • Plugging of skimmer and return lines (using plugs provided by owner)

  • Removal of pump and filter plugs, gauges, ladders, diving board, and securing of underwater light

  • Securing of winter cover

Equipment Shut-Down - $265​

 

Owner Responsibilities:

  • Prior to the arrival of Aquatic Pro Pool Service to shut down equipment, owner must lower pool water level to 1" below the lowest return line

  • Owner is responsible for securing the winter cover.

Includes:

  • Blowing/draining all water from pool lines and equipment

  • Plugging of skimmer and return lines (using plugs provided by owner)

  • Removal of pump and filter plugs, gauges, ladders, diving board, and securing underwater light

Winter algaecide

 

  • Winter algaecide is recommended for use with all safety covers

  • Winter algaecide is available and should be requested when closing is scheduled - add $25/gal.
